Armbruster Humphries and Jones Win Gold in St. Moritz!

ST. MORITZ, SWITZERLAND (January 11, 2026) - Kaillie Armbruster Humphries and Jasmine Jones slid to a 1st place finish at the only natural ice bobsled track in the world today, marking a triumphant end to the penultimate tour stop on the 2025/2026 World Cup racing circuit.
-1st place; Kaillie Armbruster Humphries and Jasmine Jones; 2-run time of 2:18.40
-8th place; Kaysha Love and Emily Renna; 2-run time of 2:19.17
-10th place; Elana Meyers Taylor and Jadin O’Brien; 2-run time of 2:19.37
“Today was memorable for me, this being my first gold medal. I knew that Kaillie and I could do it with fast pushes and a great drive,” shared Jones about her exciting win.
“It was very close racing today. I’m so proud of Jasmine, this is her first win. She pushed great and kept us in the fight. The MUSA sled ran well and our advance runners were fast. Together we got the W, it was a team effort for sure,” shared Armbruster Humphries.
In 4-Man Bobsled, Team Del Duca, comprised of pilot Frank Del Duca and brakemen Josh Williamson, Boone Niederhofer and Dylan Gilbert, placed 16th with a 2-run time of 2:10.81.
The World Cup tour will conclude next weekend in Altenberg, Germany, followed by Team USA’s 2026 Olympic Bobsled and Skeleton team announcement, which is scheduled for January 19, 2026.
In Lillehammer, Norway, the Para Sport World Cup continued with its second race of the weekend:
-2nd place - Bob Balk; 2-run time of 1:53.88
-9th place - Will Castillo; 2-run time of 1:54.35
-11th place - Austin Parker; 2-run time of 1:54.49
-12th place - Tyler Jeffries; 2-run time of 1:54.70
-13th place - Doc Jacobs; 2-run time of 1:54.75
-15th place - Gabi Cha; 2-run time of 1:56.01
The Para Sport World Cup will continue next weekend in Sigulda, Latvia.
At Team USA’s home track in Lake Placid, NY, the North American Cup (NAC) circuit continues, with select races also counting for the Pan American Championships (PAC).
In NAC 2-Man Bobsled, Grady Mercer and Bryce Cheek placed 3rd with a 2-run time of 1:53.03. This race also counted for Pan American Championships, where the pair also placed 3rd.
NAC and PAC races will continue today, January 11th.
